Ingredients:

• Whole moong sprouted – 1/4 cup
• Tomato, chopped – 1
• Cucumber, chopped – 1/2
• 2 tbsp – grated Carrot
• Small onion, chopped (optional) – 1
• Yogurt – 3/4 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 spoon
• Salt – as per taste
• Small Green chilli – 1

Method:

  1. Mix the whole moong sprouts with all the other ingredients.
  2. Garnish with some chopped coriander.
  3. Serve chilled with parathas or rice.
