Ingredients:
• 8-10 – small dried fish
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1 – Tomato
• 10-12 – Garlic pods (mashed)
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Mustard oil
• salt to taste
• a few Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Heat mustard oil and add the chopped onion. Fry for a minute. Keep aside.
- Roast the dried fish on a tava. Wash with warm water and drain.
- Roast the tomato and peel the skin off. Mash and mix with the fish.
- Add the garlic, chopped chillies, salt and mix.
- Add the fried onion and mix again.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice.
