Ingredients:
• 500 g – potatoes, roasted
• 1 tsp (5 g) – finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp (10 g) – fried Onions
• 4 tsp (20 g) – fried Cashewnuts
• 2 tsp (10 g) – Mint leaves
• 1 tsp (5 g) – Garam Masala powder
• 3 sprigs – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tsp (10 g) – Corn flour
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all the ingredients, except corn flour, in a mixing jar and grind till fine.
- Add corn flour for binding.
- Divide the mixture into lemon sized portions.
- Roll into cylindrical kebabs along the greased skewers.
- Cook in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for eight to 10 minutes or till done.
- Slice and serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
