Ingredients:

• 500 g – potatoes, roasted
• 1 tsp (5 g) – finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp (10 g) – fried Onions
• 4 tsp (20 g) – fried Cashewnuts
• 2 tsp (10 g) – Mint leaves
• 1 tsp (5 g) – Garam Masala powder
• 3 sprigs – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tsp (10 g) – Corn flour
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients, except corn flour, in a mixing jar and grind till fine.
  2. Add corn flour for binding.
  3. Divide the mixture into lemon sized portions.
  4. Roll into cylindrical kebabs along the greased skewers.
  5. Cook in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for eight to 10 minutes or till done.
  6. Slice and serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
