Ingredients:

• 2 – Potatoes (peeled and cut into medium size pieces)
• 250 g – Zucchini (chopped into medium size pieces)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
  2. Add the potatoes, zucchini, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
  3. Cook on low heat till the potatoes and zucchini are done.
