
Ingredients:
• 1 – red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• salt
Method:
- Cut the red bell pepper into small pieces. Keep it aside.
- Soak channa dal for about 10 minutes.
- Grind the channa dal with red chillies and salt (do not grind it to a fine paste).
- In a pan, add oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal. When the mustard pops, add the ground channa. Stir for 5 min.
- Then add the red bell pepper. Stir well until it is cooked well.
- Finally add salt.
