Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Paneer Bhurji
• 2 – Potatoes (large and cooked)
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat masala
• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp – Baking soda
• Salt

Method:

  1. Sieve the flour, baking soda together and knead with enough water to form smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 mins.
  2. Mix the paneer bhurji, cooked and mashed potatoes and chaat masala and keep aside.
  3. Make tiny balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as circles, cut into semi circles, fold the sides to make a cone.
  4. Now gently place paneer bhurji-potato mixture inside the cone, press the sides tightly until they sticks.
  5. Heat enough oil for deep-frying, gently drop the samosas, fry until they turn golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
