Ingredients:

• 2 – Buns, sliced
• 2 – eggs
• 1/8 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Chopped Onions
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. In a bowl add the eggs, onions, green chillies and salt and mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and add the butter. When it melts spread it across the entire pan.
  3. Take a single slice of bun, dip it well into the egg mixture.
  4. Remove and place it on the pan and shallow fry it on a low heat till it turns golden and crispy.
  5. Flip it and repeat the same procedure on the next side.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
