Ingredients:
• 6- Bread slices
• 1 – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – Tomato, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Suji
• 1/2 cup -Malai
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, add malai, capsicum, tomato, onion, salt and one tbsp suji. Mix well.
- Apply the mixture on bread slice and sprinkle the suji on it.
- Now shallow fry each side on a tawa till it becomes brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
