
Ingredients:
• 5 – dried apricots, soaked overnight
• 2 – Ginger biscuits or cookies, crushed lightly
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 scoops – vanilla ice-cream
• 200 ml – chillid Milk
Method:
- Wash and chop apricots. Run biscuits in mixie, till powdered.
- Add apricots, sugar, and half cup milk.
- Run till smooth, add ice cream and remaining milk.
- Run again till smooth and frothy.
- Pour and serve immediately.
