Ingredients:

• 2 cup – grated Carrot
• 1/2 cup – Peanuts (roasted), crushed
• 2 – green chillies, minced
• 1 tsp – ginger, minced
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the oil and mustard.
  2. Heat oil, season with mustard and add to the salad.
  3. Mix well and serve.
