• 1 – medium cauliflower, broken into florets
• 5 – mushrooms, sliced
• 6 – water chestnuts, quartered
• 2 tbsp – soy sauce
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
- Boil cauliflower till almost done. Drain well.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry mushrooms to a light golden colour.
- Add a little water and cook till almost done. Add chestnuts and continue cooking till the mushrooms are done.
- Add cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring till the gravy turns a little thick.
