Ingredients:

• 1 – medium cauliflower, broken into florets
• 5 – mushrooms, sliced
• 6 – water chestnuts, quartered
• 2 tbsp – soy sauce
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil cauliflower till almost done. Drain well.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry mushrooms to a light golden colour.
  3. Add a little water and cook till almost done. Add chestnuts and continue cooking till the mushrooms are done.
  4. Add cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring till the gravy turns a little thick.
