
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled and shredded boneless Chicken
• 100 grams – Ham
• 1 tsp – Mint powder
• 2 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 2 tbsp – flour
Method:
- Heat the butter in a pan and saute the chopped garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken, pepper, salt, mint powder and vinegar and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the ham and mix well.
- Mix the flour and milk together in a cup till smooth.
- Add to the chicken and ham and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (355 degrees).
- Serve with toast and mashed potatoes.
