Ingredients:
• 1- Medium size Cucumber grated with the skin.
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Ginger
• 2- green chillies, chopped finely
• 2 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Mix the grated cucumber, ginger, green chillies, coconut paste, yogurt, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
- Stir thoroughly
- Serve as a side dish.
