Ingredients:

• 250 g – Potato
• 250 g – coriander
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chillies
• 4 tsp – dry Mango powder (aamchoor)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Chop cilantro and green chillies.
  3. Boil dry mango powder in 4 times the quantity of water till you get a thick paste.
  4. Peel potatoes, cut into 16 pieces, add chopped cilantro, chillies and dry mango paste. Add salt to taste.
  5. Dhaniya Aloo is ready to serve.
