Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Grapes
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 – Orange
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 1/8 tsp – Grated Ginger
• 1/2 cup – Chilled water
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash the grapes and peel and deseed the orange .
- Mix all the ingredients except honey in a mixer and blend them.
- Strain with a medium strainer- should not be too fine.
- Now mix the honey and stir well.
- Serve chilled.
