Ingredients:
• ripe jack fruit – 2 cup, chopped
• semolina – 2 tbsp
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Jaggery powder – 3/4 cup
• thick Coconut Milk – 300 ml
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Roast semolina with Ghee till light brown and reserve.
- Add about 1 litre of water to jack fruit and simmer till the fruit is soft but not mushy.
- Sprinkle the semolina, simmer till it cooks and the mixture is slightly thick.
- Add jaggery and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder. Serve hot or cold.
