Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Pork
• 3 – Onions (chopped)
• 2 – Potatoes
• 3 tbsp – Bamboo shoots
• 2 – whole Garlic (in paste form)
• a few Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Mustard oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add 1 onion and fry.
- Add the pork, potatoes and salt and mix.
- Add 2 cups of water.
- When the water starts to boil, add the remaining chopped onions, garlic paste, green chillies and bamboo shoots.
- Cover and cook (3 whistles). Serve with rice.
