
Ingredients:
• Raw papaya (small to medium ) gratings
• Two medium size boiled Potato, mashed
• Green chillies -2 to 3 finely chopped
• Finely chopped Coriander -small bunch
• Garam Masala -one tsp
• Pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Methi -finely chopped (optional)
• Atta(wheat flour)- 2 cups
Method:
- Make soft chapatti dough with atta and required amount of water.
- Keep it aside for some time and make lemon sized balls. Mix all remaining ingredients and make round balls to stuff the chapatti.
- Roll the atta balls, stuff with papaya filling. Pinch and close. Roll the parathas carefully and roast them on a non-stick pan.
