Ingredients:

• 3-4 nos. brinjals,sliced
• 1 medium – onion, chopped
• Tomato paste -3/4 tsp
• cumin powder -1/2 tsp
• Methi – 1 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste -3/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder -3/4 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Salt(as per as your taste)
• 1/2 tsp – chili powder

Method:

  1. Wash the brinjals well, slice and sprinkle some salt.
  2. Fry your brinjal well with a little oil.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,add ginger-garlic paste,cumin seeds and methi.
  4. Add onions and fry till translucent.
  5. Add tomato paste , coriander powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Pour 1 cup of water and add 2.5 tsp masala and stir.
  7. Add the brinjal ,green peas and salt and cook for about 5-7 mins.
  8. Sprinkle some coriander leaves when done.
