Garlic mussels is an easy to make and very delicious to eat recipe. Prepare yourself restaurant style garlic mussels in just few easy steps.

250 gm mussels
250 gm Zealand mussels
1 cup wine
2 cups water
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt to taste

For Garlic Butter

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic

How to Cook?

Step 1 : Wash mussels under running water; remove all traces of sludge, seaweed and barnacles with brush or knife; also remove beards.

Step 2 : Discard cracked, broken or open mussel shells.

Step 3 : In a large bowl, mussels with wine, water and garlic. Cook for 14-16 mints on MEDIUM flame until open, removing from liquid as they open.?

Step 4 : Discard unopened mussels

For garlic butter

Step 1 : Melt butter in jug for 30 sec on HIGH flame; add oil, garlic and pepper. Pour ? garlic sauce over mussels; toss well

Step 2 : Arrange mussels in serving bowl and pour remaining sauce over mussels.
