Crispy snack made with bread and sesame seeds topping
6 slices of bread of your choice
1 1/2 cup minced prawns
2 minced garlic cloves
1 large finely chopped spring onion
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soya sauce
5 tablespoon white sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix prawns with garlic, spring onions, beaten egg white, cornflour, sesame oil or vegetable oil, soya sauce and salt.
2. Spread the prawn mixture on one side of each bread slice and coat with sesame seeds.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the toast over medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately
