Ingredients
– 8 piece of bread
– 1 tomatoes (sliced)
– For Stuffing
– 1 cup boiled and crushed peas
– 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
– 2 tablespoon egg less mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon cheese spread
– Salt to taste
How To Make?
1. Take bread slices and toast them. Keep it aside.
2. To make stuffing, collect boiled peas, coriander, egg less mayonnaise, cheese spread and salt in a bowl and mix it well.
3. Now to make sandwich, take bread and spread this mixture on it. Then add sliced tomato on it.
4. Now, place another bread slice on it and cover the sandwich. Repeat this procedure for all remaining bread slices.
5. Now, grill this sandwich for 2-3 minute.
6. Serve this sandwich with tomato ketchup and green coriander chutney.
