Malpua is Indian pancake dessert which is made from flour, milk, cardamom powder and soaked in sugar syrup. In different states of India it’s made on different occasions. Let’s make Malpua with easy to follow steps.

Ingredients
– 1 cup flour
– 1 cup sugar
– ? teaspoon sliced almonds
– ? teaspoon sliced pistachios
– ? teaspoon sliced raisins
– ? teaspoon cardamom powder
– 1 cup Milk
– 2 tablespoon Ghee
How To Cook?
1. Mix together sugar, 1 cup water and cardamom powder and prepare a thick syrup.
2. Mix together flour, nuts and raisins along with enough milk to form a thick batter.
3. Heat enough ghee for deep frying to smoking, lower the heat and drop 2 tablespoon off batter in it.
4. Spread the batter to a thin round shape.
5. Fry till crisp and golden.
6. Toss into the syrup and after a minute serve.
