Crispy and cheesy bread pizza made with vegetables
Ingredients:
12 slices of bread of your choice
1 cup tomato pizza sauce (see basics)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped capsicum
2 cups grated cheese for garnishing
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Apply a layer of tomato pizza sauce on one side of the bread slice and sprinkle tomatoes, onions and capsicum on top.
3. Season with salt and pepper and spread grated cheese on top.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until bread is crisp and cheese melts, for about 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
