Vegetable soup is a low Calorie and combination of all fresh seasonal vegetables. It’s a perfect dish for the cold days. This healthy vegetable soup makes you feel better.
Ingredients
– 50 gm cabbage
– 50 gm jackfruit
– 50 gm cabbage
– 50 gm green peas
– 1 capsicum
– 2 onion
– 100 gm tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon ghee
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
– 1 tablespoon corn flour
– 1 tablespoon mint leaves
– 1 tablespoon grated cheese
– 50 gm finely chopped mix vegetables
– Salt to taste
– Water (as per requirements)
How To Cook?
1. First of all collect all the vegetables and boil it in 1.5 liter water.
2. When all vegetables boiled add it to blender and blend it.
3. Now in a pot, add 1 tablespoon ghee. Then add finely chopped mix vegetables to it and slightly fry it.
4. Now add previously blended vegetable, salt and black pepper powder to the pot.
5. Then take a bowl and add water to it and add 1 tablespoon corn flour to it and mix it well until it becomes a thick batter.
6. Add this corn flour mixture into the pot and mix it well. The corn flour makes the soup thicker and tasty.
7. Boil the soup for 5 minute.
8. Remove the soup from the heat and serve it on a bowl.
9. Garnish the soup with coriander and mint leaves and grated cheese and serve hot.
