Ingredients:

• Karela (peeled) – 1/2 kg
• Onions – 3
• Garlic – 1 piece
• Green chilli – 2
• salt
• Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
• Mango powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Slit the karelas lengthwise and peel out the inner stuff. Boil karelas in salted water.
  2. Fry onions, garlic, green chillies and the peeled out stuff and put it all the spices. Fry them until they are fully cooked.
  3. Put this filling into the boiled karelas.
  4. Put oil in a pan and shallow fry the karelas.
