
Ingredients:
• 22 small potatoes, boiled with skins
• 1/2 cup Rice flour
• 2 green chillies, ground to a paste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – roasted Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – black salt powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix halved potatoes with the flour and all other ingredients (except oil) so that the mixture coats each piece.
- Deep fry in hot oil taking care to separate each piece.
- Drain and serve hot.
