Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 1/2 – Cabbage
• 5 to 6 – Beans (optional)
• Ginger-size of a gooseberry
• 5 pods – Garlic
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
• Pepper
• 1 cup – Boiled Rice
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)

Method:

  1. Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies to a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Fry the onions till golden brown
  4. Add the ground mixture and fry till the raw smell is gone
  5. Add the chopped vegetables and salt and cook till soft
  6. Add the rice to the above mixture
  7. Add pepper and mix it well before serving
  8. Serve hot with potato chips and Onion raita.
