
Ingredients:
• Karela (peeled) – 1/2 kg
• Onions – 3
• Garlic – 1 piece
• Green chilli – 2
• salt
• Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
• Mango powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Method:
- Slit the karelas lengthwise and peel out the inner stuff. Boil karelas in salted water.
- Fry onions, garlic, green chillies and the peeled out stuff and put it all the spices. Fry them until they are fully cooked.
- Put this filling into the boiled karelas.
- Put oil in a pan and shallow fry the karelas.
