50 gm sev
50 gm roasted peanut
50 gm coarsely crushed paapri
100 gm phuliyan, parwal or puffed rice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 small onion, very finely chopped
2 tablespoon finely chopped raw mango(optional)
2 green chillis, deseeded, finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon tamarind chutney
1 teaspoon green chutney
salt and red chilli powder according to taste

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together well.
2. Adjust the chilli powder according to taste.
3. Serve immediately in individual plates.
