Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Soyabean (soak overnight)
• 1 tbsp – Moong (whole)
• 1 Potato (boiled)
• 1 Onion (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves (chopped finely)
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala

Method:

  1. Wash the moong and rajma.
  2. Pressure cook the rajma and moong till done. (Approx. 4 whistles).
  3. Drain and wash to cool.
  4. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  5. If desired mix in 1/2 cup of beaten curd.
  6. Or eat as it is with hot steamed rice or chappati.
