Ingredients:

• 20 – Cloves
• 15 – Cardamoms
• 6 – Cinnamon
• 500 gms – chillies
• 500 gms – coriander
• 100 gms – Cumin seeds
• 100 gms – Turmeric
• 100 gms – Mustard Seed
• 100 gms – til
• 100 gms – kukus
• 2 tsp – aniseed
• 1 – Nutmeg
• 100 gms – Wheat
• 100 gms – dal
• 4 – Bay Leaves

Method:

  1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun and grind to a powder.
  2. Store in a bottle.
