• 75 gms. Wholemeal flour
• Â½ tsp. bicarb of soda
• 50 gms. Bran
• 4 tbsp. Honey
• 25 gms. Melted Butter
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 300 ml. Milk
• 100 gms Carrots, grated
- Mix together honey, butter, eggs and milk.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients into another bowl.
- Mix in the milk mixture and stir in the carrots.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cases and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C for 20-25 mins.
- Serve warm with butter or allow to cool.
