• Bread slices (cut edges)
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• Elaichi powder
• Baking soda


  1. Take the eggs and beat them for 15 min.
  2. Then add baking soda and sugar beat till sugar melts.
  3. For flavour add elaichi powder.
  4. Finally take the bread slices and dip in this egg syrup.
  5. And fry them in a pan (tawa), with oil, (not deep fry) just like as we make chapattis.
