Ingredients:

• 8 – Chicken wings
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup – grated parmesan cheese
• 60 g – butter, melted
• 2 – spring onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – paprika
• 2 tbsp – parsley, chopped
• 1 – egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – flour

Method:

  1. Mix the bread crumbs with cheese, spring onions, paprika and parsley.
  2. Combine the egg and milk.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in flour and shake off the excess flour.
  4. Dip the chicken wings in the egg mixture. Coat them with the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
  6. Drizzle with butter and bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
