
Ingredients:
• 8 – Chicken wings
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup – grated parmesan cheese
• 60 g – butter, melted
• 2 – spring onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – paprika
• 2 tbsp – parsley, chopped
• 1 – egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – flour
Method:
- Mix the bread crumbs with cheese, spring onions, paprika and parsley.
- Combine the egg and milk.
- Toss the chicken wings in flour and shake off the excess flour.
- Dip the chicken wings in the egg mixture. Coat them with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Drizzle with butter and bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
