Ingredients:

• 2 – Brinjal
• 2 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 4 – dry chillies
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat the brinjal directly on flame until cooked. Mash the brinjal and add it to the curd with the required amount of salt
  2. Heat oil in a kadai
  3. Add the mustard seeds and splutter
  4. Now add the Bengal gram dhal and dry chillies
  5. Add this to the curd and brinjal.
  6. Serve.
