Ingredients:

• Carrot – 1
• Milk – 1/2 liter
• Sugar – 3/4 cup
• Elaichi powder – 2 tsp
• Clove – 1 or 2
• Cashews – 10

Method:

  1. Cut the carrot into round pieces and cook them till they are done.
  2. Boil the milk and add the sugar. Stir till dissolved.
  3. Take the carrot pieces, cloves, cashews, elaichi powder in the blender and blend till done.
  4. Mix the blended mixture to the milk and stir well. The carrot milk is ready.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
