
Ingredients:
• Carrot – 1
• Milk – 1/2 liter
• Sugar – 3/4 cup
• Elaichi powder – 2 tsp
• Clove – 1 or 2
• Cashews – 10
Method:
- Cut the carrot into round pieces and cook them till they are done.
- Boil the milk and add the sugar. Stir till dissolved.
- Take the carrot pieces, cloves, cashews, elaichi powder in the blender and blend till done.
- Mix the blended mixture to the milk and stir well. The carrot milk is ready.
- Serve hot or cold.
