
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1/2 kg – onions, cut into rings
• 250 g – curds
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 25 g – Garam Masala (sabut)
• 2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Haldi (turmeric)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 250 g – Tomato puree
• 250 g – oil
• 4 – boiled eggs
Method:
- Fry the onion rings, reserving 250 g.
- Heat oil in a degchi and add sabut garam masala to it.
- Make a paste of curds and 1/4 kg fried onions in a grinder and add along with ginger-garlic paste to the garam masala.
- Add the remaining spices and cool.
- Then add tomato puree and continue stirring while you add 1/2 litre water.
- When it starts to boil, add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 4 eggs and 250 g onion rings.
- Mix well and bring to a boil. Your dish is ready.
