Ingredients:

• 8 pieces – Chicken wings without skin
• 5 tbsp – Curd
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Ginger powder
• 2 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp of oil (optional)

Method:

  1. Marinate the content and keep it in the fridge for about 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Take the chicken out from the fridge and place it on a microwavable plate.
  3. Switch on the microwave and auto-cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes, turn the chicken to the other side and set the timer for another 5 minutes.
