Ingredients:
• 15 cubes – Paneer
• 1 – Capsicum
• Onion
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Green chilli
• 2 tbsp – cornflour
• Tomato sauce
• Soya sauce
• Chilli sauce
• Food colour
• Salt
• Water
• Oil (deep fry)
Method:
- Take cornflour and add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, salt according to taste and add water.
- Dip paneer cube in cornflour and deep fry and keep it aside. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onion till it becomes light pink in colour.
- Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic and capsicum.
- Fry for 1-2 mins.
- Add the soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, food colour and saute for a few seconds.
- Now add the fried paneer and mix it well with Chinese salt, normal salt and pepper.
