Ingredients:

• 300 g – cashewnuts, roasted and crushed
• 500 g – chocolate, raw
• 45 ml – rum

Method:

  1. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir. If not semi-liquid, microwave for another 30 seconds.
  2. Add the dark rum and nuts and stir.
  3. Prepare balls of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then keep in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Keep under the fan overnight to sweat and dry.
  5. Wrap in a foil in the morning.
