• 300 g – cashewnuts, roasted and crushed
• 500 g – chocolate, raw
• 45 ml – rum
- Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir. If not semi-liquid, microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Add the dark rum and nuts and stir.
- Prepare balls of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then keep in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
- Keep under the fan overnight to sweat and dry.
- Wrap in a foil in the morning.
