Ingredients:

• 2 cups – icing Sugar
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 4 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 tbsp – boiling water

Method:

  1. Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Place in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Make a well in the centre of the sifted ingredients and add boiling water and butter.
  4. Stir gradually until icing is smooth.
