Ingredients:
• 8 to 10 – boiled Potatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 – small cup Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – gram flour
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Boil the potatoes and mash them.
- Make chutney of green chillies, coriander leaves, and onion, and mix the chutney with the mashed potatoes.
- Add salt and gram flour and mix well.
- Form round balls, flatten them, and shallow fry them on a frying pan using a little oil. Serve hot.
