Ingredients:

• 8 to 10 – boiled Potatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 – small cup Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – gram flour
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Make chutney of green chillies, coriander leaves, and onion, and mix the chutney with the mashed potatoes.
  3. Add salt and gram flour and mix well.
  4. Form round balls, flatten them, and shallow fry them on a frying pan using a little oil. Serve hot.
