
Ingredients:
• 150 g – cottage cheese, mashed
• 50 g – khoya
• 100 g – Gur
• 1/2 cup – coconut, desiccated
• 1/4 cup – almonds, chopped
• For garnishing:
• Desiccated Coconut
• Almonds and Cherries – 10 each
Method:
- Melt gur ( jaggery) on a low flame and remove from fire.
- Add cottage cheese, khoya, desiccated coconut and chopped almonds.
- Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.
- Roll in desiccated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
