• 2 cup – Maida
• 2 tbsp – oil to fry
• A few sprigs – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Baking soda – a pinch
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
- Mix all the above ingredients together to make a moderately thick batter.
- Drop spoonfuls and fry in oil till it turns brown. The texture depends on the amount of water in the batter.
- Thick batter yields nice and crispy ones
