Ingredients:

• 2 cup – Maida
• 2 tbsp – oil to fry
• A few sprigs – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Baking soda – a pinch
• 1 cup – grated Coconut

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together to make a moderately thick batter.
  2. Drop spoonfuls and fry in oil till it turns brown. The texture depends on the amount of water in the batter.
  3. Thick batter yields nice and crispy ones
