
Ingredients:
• 2 cup shredded red Lettuce
• 2 cups chopped cooked meat, cold
• 1 tbsp chopped Onion
• 1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
• 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• For Dressing-
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup Cottage cheese
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup plain Yoghurt
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients of dressing except cottage cheese
- Blend it well with electric blender
- Add cottage cheese and mix it well with fork
- Chill for 2 hours
- Toss it with the salad ingredients
- Chill for 3 to 5 minutes and serve
