 
            Ingredients:
  • 50 gm – shelled Corn kernels 
 • 3 eggs 
 • 25 gm – Refined flour 
 • 80 gm – castor Sugar 
 • 25 gm – Choco chips 
 • A pinch of Nutmeg 
 • 100 ml – Cream 
 • 50 gm – Butter 
 • 50 gm – cake crumbs 
 • 2-3 drops vanilla essence 
Method:
- Boil the shelled corn kernels till very soft and keep aside.
- Combine half of the castor sugar with butter and mix to a creamy consistency.
- Add the choco chips and nutmeg and set into a mould.
- Separately mix the cream, eggs, vanilla essence and castor sugar.
- Whip till the sugar dissolves.
- Pour on to the crumb mixture in the mould.
- Bake in a bain-marie for 20 mins.
