
Ingredients:
• 1 pound – Frozen Corn (preferably sweet Corn )
• 1 small – Onion
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Mustard, Jeera etc. for seasoning
• Oil
• 3 tbsp – Coconut (fresh grated or dry grated)
Method:
- Microwave the corn for 6 – 8 minutes. Chop the onions and green chillies.
- In a vessel, heat some oil, add the seasoning like mustard, jeera, etc. Add the onions and green chillies.
- Fry the onion until they turn pale pink. Add the microwaved corn.
- Cook until the corn is well done. Season with salt.
- Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
