Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 200 ml – Cream
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – ginger, chopped
• 1 tbsp – garlic, chopped
• 3 – green Cardamom
• 1 – big Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – kasoori Methi

Method:

  1. Grind the onions along with ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
  2. Mix the chicken with all the ingredients except green chillies. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, till cooked through.
  4. Add the green chillies and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
  5. Check for seasoning.
  6. Switch off the heat and serve with roti, rice or bread.
