Ingredients:
• 400 gms – Boneless Chicken
• 1/2 cup oil
• Salt to taste
• For marinade:
• 3 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 4-5 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Thick Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• For gravy:
• 1 cup – Tomato paste
• 1 cup – Fresh Cream
• 1 cup – Grated Chicken
• For garnishing:
• Coriander chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken pieces with this marinade.
- Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil and then add the chicken together with the marinade.
- Let the chicken cook on a low flame.
- Cover with a lid so that the chicken is cooked in the steam.
- When most of the marinade is absorbed, add the ingredients for the gravy and mix.
- Allow the gravy to mix well into the chicken and stir till all the ingredients mix together.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
