Ingredients:

• 400 gms – Boneless Chicken
• 1/2 cup oil
• Salt to taste
• For marinade:
• 3 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 4-5 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Thick Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• For gravy:
• 1 cup – Tomato paste
• 1 cup – Fresh Cream
• 1 cup – Grated Chicken
• For garnishing:
• Coriander chopped

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken pieces with this marinade.
  2. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil and then add the chicken together with the marinade.
  4. Let the chicken cook on a low flame.
  5. Cover with a lid so that the chicken is cooked in the steam.
  6. When most of the marinade is absorbed, add the ingredients for the gravy and mix.
  7. Allow the gravy to mix well into the chicken and stir till all the ingredients mix together.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
